Adult dental benefits up to $500 a year for exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and X-rays.

Extra benefits for pregnant women and new moms

Bright Start® program membership for pregnant members.
Keys to Your Care® program sends text messages during your pregnancy and baby's first 15 months with helpful tips, reminders to see your doctor, and more.
$25 Prenatal exam reward for completing a prenatal visit within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
$20 Postpartum exam reward for completing a postpartum visit 7 to 84 days after giving birth.
$25 reward for completing a Notice of Pregnancy form in your first trimester.

CARE Card Benefits

Well Visits

$20 for six well visits from birth to 15 months.
$15 for yearly well visits for ages 2 – 20.
$20 for yearly well visits for ages 21 and older.

Wellness Screenings

$10 in rewards for colorectal cancer screening for members ages 45 – 75.
$10 for cervical cancer screening for women ages 21 – 64.

Diabetic Screening

$10 in rewards for completing all three — dilated eye exam, kidney screening, and A1c (blood sugar) test — for members diagnosed with diabetes.

Community Wellness and Opportunity Centers — with resources for new members, support group meetings, fitness classes, computer labs, and more!
Mission GED® offers two programs to aid your educational goals — reading and learning assistance service, and vouchers to pay for the cost of taking the equivalency exam.
